1. Contact routes
2. What to include
- A concise description of the issue, question, or request.
- The email associated with your Kaaladarshi account when account lookup is needed.
- Approximate date/time, browser/device, and steps that reproduced a technical problem.
- For privacy requests, the right or action you are requesting.
- For security reports, reproducible technical details and expected impact without unnecessary user data.
- For abuse reports, enough context to identify the issue without forwarding unrelated private information.
3. What not to send
Do not send passwords, Google authentication codes, payment-card details, government identifiers, complete medical records, or unrelated sensitive information. Do not email full birth profiles or private conversations unless a specific support issue requires a limited excerpt.
Share only the minimum information needed to investigate the request.
4. Response expectations
Kaaladarshi aims to review requests within a reasonable period but does not promise a fixed response-time SLA unless a paid service states one explicitly.
Complex privacy, legal, security, abuse, or account requests may require verification and additional investigation. Kaaladarshi is not an emergency or immediate-safety support service.
5. Legal and law-enforcement requests
Formal legal requests may be sent to support@kaaladarshi.com and should identify the requesting authority, legal basis, scope, and appropriate contact details. Kaaladarshi may seek verification or legal review before responding and may notify affected users where permitted and appropriate.
6. Email-delivery issues
postmaster@kaaladarshi.com is reserved for mail-system and delivery issues involving the kaaladarshi.com domain. It is not a product-support or privacy channel.
