1. Submit a deletion request
Use the Contact page or email privacy@kaaladarshi.com from the email associated with the account when possible.
Do not include passwords, Google authentication codes, unnecessary birth details, or unrelated sensitive information.
2. Identity verification
Reasonable verification may be required to prevent unauthorized deletion. Verification may include confirming control of the signed-in account or associated email address.
Kaaladarshi support will not ask for your Google password.
3. Information generally eligible for deletion
- Kaaladarshi account profile and preferences.
- Saved birth profiles and related people associated with the account.
- Saved chart, Life Map, Focus, and other calculated artifacts associated with eligible profiles.
- Saved questions, answers, conversation continuity, and related context.
- Other account-linked content not subject to a permitted retention exception.
4. Information that may remain temporarily or lawfully
Limited information may remain where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security investigations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, future financial record obligations, or normal backup rotation.
Deletion from active systems may occur before copies age out of backups. Retained information is not intended for unrelated personalization once deletion obligations apply.
5. Processing timing
Requests are processed within a reasonable period, subject to verification, technical requirements, backup cycles, and applicable law. Jurisdiction-specific deadlines will be followed where required.
6. Google account relationship
Deleting a Kaaladarshi account does not delete your Google account. You may separately revoke Kaaladarshi access through Google account settings.
Revoking Google access does not necessarily delete information already stored by Kaaladarshi; use the deletion process described here for that purpose.
7. Anonymous and browser-local data
Some anonymous-session or browser-local information may be cleared by deleting browser site data. If anonymous content was later claimed into an authenticated account, the account deletion process should be used for the server-stored copy.
8. Questions about deletion
Contact privacy@kaaladarshi.com with only the information needed to identify and process the request.
